Terms of Service

By creating an account, connecting an Instagram account, subscribing to a plan, or using InstaFlow AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old or legally authorized to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself, a business, or another organization. If you use InstaFlow AI for a business or team, you represent that you have authority to bind that business or team to these Terms.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us if you believe your account or connected integrations have been compromised.

When you connect an Instagram account, you authorize InstaFlow AI to use the permissions you grant through Meta and Instagram to provide the requested service. Depending on the permissions approved, this may include access to Instagram Business or Creator account data, linked Facebook Page data, conversations, messages, lead information, comments, account metadata, and analytics.

You authorize InstaFlow AI to send automation messages, retrieve conversations, retrieve lead information, sync connected account data, and execute automation workflows only as configured by you and only within the permissions granted. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Instagram automation complies with Meta policies, Instagram rules, applicable laws, and your own obligations to users and customers.

You may not use InstaFlow AI for activities that harm users, platforms, or the public.

• Spam, unsolicited mass messaging, or deceptive automation.
• Fraud, impersonation, phishing, or misrepresentation.
• Illegal marketing, unlawful lead collection, or prohibited promotional activity.
• Abuse, harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, or invasive targeting.
• Violations of Meta Platform Terms, Instagram rules, app review requirements, or API usage policies.
• Attempts to bypass rate limits, security controls, access controls, or platform restrictions.
• Uploading malicious code or using the service to disrupt, overload, or attack any system.

InstaFlow AI may offer free, trial, and paid plans. Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle selected at checkout unless cancelled before renewal. Fees, limits, and included features are shown in the product or checkout flow and may vary by plan.

You may cancel a paid subscription according to the cancellation options provided in the service or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past payments unless required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase.

InstaFlow AI owns the software, product design, source code, workflows, documentation, branding, logos, and related intellectual property in the service. These Terms do not grant you ownership of InstaFlow AI. You retain ownership of your own content, customer data, connected account data, and business materials, subject to the permissions needed for us to provide the service.

We work to keep InstaFlow AI reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service. Availability may be affected by maintenance, incidents, hosting providers, internet conditions, Meta or Instagram API changes, rate limits, permission changes, and third-party service outages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstaFlow AI and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business opportunities, or platform access arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to InstaFlow AI for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless a different limitation is required by applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access to InstaFlow AI if we believe an account has violated these Terms, Meta policies, Instagram rules, applicable laws, security requirements, payment obligations, or the rights of others. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion by contacting us.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, platform policy updates, or operational needs. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised last updated date. Continued use of InstaFlow AI after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts located in India will have jurisdiction over disputes unless applicable law requires a different venue.
